We strive to ensure that you love your jewelry purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Return Window: Items are eligible for return within 14-30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns after this period.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom, engraved, or personalized items are not eligible for return. Items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

2. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Restocking Fees: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, which will be deducted from the refund amount. This is generally applicable for fine jewelry pieces.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If we offered free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from the refund.

3. Exchanges

  • Exchanges: If you would like a different size or item, please contact us to initiate an exchange within 14-30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

4. Return Shipping

  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement or refund. We cover shipping fees for defective items.
